Wir suchen eine starke Persönlichkeit mit Speditionshintergrund, die mit uns eine neue Niederlassung in Deutschland aufbaut - mit vollem Gestaltungsspielraum und Rückhalt eines starken Unternehmens.

Sie bauen eine neue Niederlassung in Deutschland eigenverantwortlich auf und führen sie operativ
Dabei stellen Sie Ihr Team zusammen, entwickeln es weiter und übernehmen Führungsverantwortung
Sie tragen die Verantwortung für Umsatz, Budget und Prozesseffizienz
Sie entwickeln Vertriebs- und Kundenstrategien, setzen diese um und bauen nachhaltige Beziehungen zu Kunden, Partnern und Dienstleistern auf
Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit der Geschäftsführung und internationalen Teams zusammen
Nicht zuletzt gewährleisten Sie die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und qualitativer Vorgaben

Profil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Spedition / Logistik - idealerweise Landverkehr, Luft- oder Seefracht
Unternehmerisches Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität und Macherqualitäten
Sehr gute Markt- und Branchenkenntnisse sowie starke Kundenorientierung
Führungskompetenz und kommunikative Stärke - um als Standortleitung erfolgreich zu sein!
Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, Englisch verhandlungssicher

We are looking for a strong personality with a freight forwarding background to join us in establishing a new branch in Germany – with full creative freedom and the backing of a strong company.

Take the lead in building and managing a new branch location in Germany – independently and hands-on.
Recruit and develop your own team, taking full leadership responsibility.
Own the numbers: revenue, budget, and process efficiency lie in your hands.
Develop and implement customer and sales strategies while cultivating long-term partnerships with clients and service providers.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership and international teams.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and quality standards.

Profile

Several years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics – ideally in road, air, or sea freight
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude
Excellent market and industry knowledge combined with strong customer orientation
Strong leadership and communication skills - essential for successfully managing a branch location
Native-level German and fluent English skills (business level)
